Der Wagen ist ein kompletter Neubau mit Teilen der "Reko-Wagen". Daher auch die standardisierten Bauteile wie Türen, Fenster, Sitze und E-Anlage. Die Wagen entstanden aber durch die Werkstatt der Schöneicher Straßenbahn.
